This is from a recipe that my Mother had. She cut this out of the newspaper, but I have no idea which paper, the one from Wilmington, DE or Philadelphia, PA.

Worcestershire sauce

Mustard, prepared

Crab Meat (Blue Crab)

Paprika for garnish

Mix all ingredients, except crab, in a mixing bowl. Gently, fold in the crab. Shape into 8 cakes.

Preheat the broiler.

Sprinkle the crab cakes with paprika and place on a baking sheet. brushed with 1 Tablespoon oil.

Broil 6 - 8 inches from he4at until golden brown. Serve hot.
